Hundreds of users can operate on all parts of system at the same time, the software manages the processes of operations in an organization, agent production and sales reports. The modules included in the MLM system.
Part A
A dynamic commercial Internet site where you can display the company and its products, make notes etc. including unlimited text pages, a management system for the contents of the site, update of messages and changing pictures etc.
A distributor /customer log in interface.
New members registry form and output reception of temporary member’s card.
Part B CRM system – management interface (CRM Back Office) in which operations, Payment permits, purchasing reports and reports to customers by breakdown of statistics is managed. Including personal card for each member – details of different forms of cards defined in advance. Production management and dealing with product ordering processes, follow up on delivery of orders and follow up to customer delivery – connected to MLM system offsetting balance of charges on the card according to values or points relative to the product. Automatic mailing system connected to CRM and MLM for updating clients or distributors on monthly data or every warning/update of systems (all warnings / updates are kept as history in the customer’s/distributor’s interface.) Marketing system for delivery of Electronic mail to customers/distributors will be initiated according to selection reports on data existing in data-base. (e.g. – to customers without use of interface card for a certain period of time or customers who have purchased etc.) Management interface using passwords and user permits. Customer service: Automatic interface through service site to customer, frequent applications to the customer by E. Mail documented in customer card. Update of details of conversations with client, opening up a service form for customer complaints, follow up of status of application, update on features of customer service. Marketing management segmentation reports to customer according to features. Reports on segmentation of order according to origin, reports on control and output Activities of sales personnel, delivery of mail distributed to segments of customers. Search for customers by name, electronic mail address or telephone number. Memo list of future activities in the customer card and introducing them at the appointed time for being handled.
Part C Management system for distributors/customers – MLM including personal interface to the member and distributors ( a part of the distributor interface will be displayed to the customer.) Update interface – distributor details. An accounting interface to display financial transactions of the matrix? – purchases and charges. Reports of charges and history, displaying to the distributor the total of all the commission and details of each and every charge – for purchases made the private account of the purchaser will be credited etc. Purchasing report – accounting card where the finances that have been paid and credited in the distributor’s account are displayed. Tree map– This unique part displays the distribution tree, in which it is possible to follow all the distributors’ activities including purchasing and commission and details of distributors on the tree. Complete clarity of information relating to activities on the tree of distributors. Warning systems – warnings are automatically sent in E.-mail or reports of changes that will happen on the distributor tree, such as the distributor being taken out, future customer changes or any warning defined by the one ordering. Statistical system – statistical reports of commissions, profits, data of deaths? of distributors, customers etc.
Part D Management system for the manager of MLM system. Management interface of variable systems, the system, construction of points, – construction of tree – expansion and quantities of tree generations and definitions of the warning system, the management of the calendar accounting card – either monthly or daily, definitions of types of program for multiple trees, relationship between matrixes etc. Management interface for commissions in the system – defining commission, programs, terms of credit, payments and warnings. Warning system – system of producing different reports of MLM system activities, management of distributors’ conditions, deduction of tax at the source, change of customer or distributor status or any warning defined by the one ordering and taken from database. A unique module for folding the tree according to predetermined logic. Report production system – distributor reports, purchases, commissions, bank payment (for all systems operations.) Tree map – displays distributors’ tree in a graphic style (from distributor no.1 till the last distributor) where it is possible to follow all the distributors’ activities including details of purchasing, commission, details of distributors on the tree, complete clarity of information and accounting activities on the whole tree where it is possible to observe either by graphic structure or customer list. Search engine by different sections – names and numbers or numbers of orders etc. System of initiated operations – enables the systems manager to perform irregular operations on the tree or the structure of the tree. Handling distributors, handling purchases, synchronization of data, management of the accounting information of customer.
